Hold the mic button and ask something. "What refrigerant does this unit take?" or "What wire gauge for a 40-amp circuit at 150 feet?" Arrival answers out loud so you can keep working.
Tap the camera icon. Point it at a unit, label, or wiring and ask a follow-up question about what you see. Good for model numbers, identifying parts, and diagnosing visible issues.
Every conversation is saved. Swipe right or tap the menu icon to see past conversations.
Adjust voice speed, toggle between listen and read modes, and set your preferred units in Settings.

Job Mode is a Business-only feature. Instead of waiting for you to ask, Arrival watches what you're working on through the camera and speaks up when it sees something worth flagging.
Enable Job Mode and point the camera at your work. Arrival monitors the feed and surfaces safety warnings, common mistakes, and code requirements automatically — without you having to ask.

Admins can enable Job Mode for their team from the dashboard. Individual techs can toggle it on or off in the app. A small indicator at the top of the screen shows when Job Mode is active.
Job Mode only uses the current session context. It doesn't monitor you outside of active jobs. You can dismiss any alert with a swipe and turn it off at any time.
Check that Arrival has microphone permissions in your phone settings. On noisy sites, hold the phone closer or use a Bluetooth earpiece. Make sure you're pressing and holding the mic button, not just tapping.
Make sure there's good lighting. Try to capture the data plate or label clearly. Clean your camera lens. If identification fails, type or speak the model number instead.
Arrival needs a stable internet connection. If you're in a weak signal area, move to a better spot. Business users get priority routing.
Always verify critical information with official sources and local codes. If an answer seems wrong, tap the flag icon to report it. Arrival is an assistive tool — it doesn't replace professional judgment.
Force-close and reopen. Make sure you're on the latest version. If it persists, go to Settings > Advanced > Clear Cache. Still broken? Email support@arrivalcompany.com with your device model and OS version.
Name, email, trade type, and the questions you ask. Camera images are processed in real time and not stored unless you save them. Voice recordings are transcribed and the audio is discarded.
To answer your questions, improve the service, and communicate about your account. We do not sell your data.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Conversations are stored securely and retained unless you delete them.
Admins can see usage analytics (question types, frequency). They cannot see individual conversation content.
When you use camera features including Job Mode, Arrival collects video clips and images of your work environment. This data is used to improve our AI assistant and train machine learning models. We collect video clips triggered by voice queries or Job Mode alerts, images captured during camera sessions, and associated metadata including equipment detected, query text, and timestamps. We use this to improve Arrival's accuracy, train AI models, and develop new features. We do not sell your video or image data to third parties, share raw footage outside of Arrival, or collect video without your consent. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. You can disable video collection at any time in Settings.
Request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Contact privacy@arrivalcompany.com. We respond within 30 days.

Information is for reference only. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee it. Verify critical information with official sources. Arrival is not liable for damages resulting from use of the service.
Keep your credentials secure. Don't reverse-engineer the AI, use it for unlawful purposes, or share your account with unauthorized users.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of your billing period. 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.
Arrival's content and features are ours. Documents you upload are yours.
By enabling camera features or Job Mode, you grant Arrival a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and learn from video clips and images captured during your use of the service. This license is for the purpose of operating, improving, and developing the Arrival service and related AI technologies. You retain ownership of any original content depicted in your recordings. Arrival will not sell raw video footage to third parties. You may revoke this license by disabling video collection in Settings, which will apply to future recordings only.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email. Continued use means acceptance.

You can delete your account in two ways:
Open Arrival → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Send an email to privacy@arrivalcompany.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service improvement purposes. This data contains no personal information.
All identifiable data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Backups are purged within 90 days.
